You Interview and Select
You will typically get three candidates highly targeted for your position, unless you request a broader selection.
Interview: You interview the final candidates and we discuss.
Select: You select the appropriate candidate to hire.
Place: You hire the candidate with our assistance in the negotiations process as desired.
We Monitor Performance
We constantly monitor our performance and the performance of our candidates. Once placed we periodically follow-up with calls and surveys to make sure we and the candidate continue to exceed expectations.
