Recruiting

Recruiting We will find you the perfect employee for your open position or project. We hire on a contingent or retained basis, depending on the position.
We offer the following types of placement:
Permanent Placement : The employee will fill a permanent position directly with your company.
Temporary Staffing: The employee works at your company but is employed by ProfessionalSourcing.
Temp-to-Hire: This is similar to “Temporary Staffing” above, but at the end of the contract you have the option of permanently hiring that employee.
Consultants: We will find you the right independent consultant for your project.

Organizational Development

A benefit of our decades of management and executive experience is that we can help you find the most efficient and effective organization, team, and project structure to meet the goals of your company. Our consultative approach takes into account leadership styles, roles, personalities, conflicts, current and future management goals and objectives, business alignment, customer alignment and imperatives, and projected business outcomes.

Recruiting
We perform a number of Organizational Development services including: Hiring strategies, retention strategies, downsizing, growth and transition strategies and organization strategies. We also build commission structures, performance management (employee review) systems, and compensation management and review systems.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing

We will act as your HR department for some or all of your jobs. We will manage the entire hiring process directly with your hiring managers. In essence, we become your recruiting department. The result is that we will improve your company's time to hire and quality of candidates, provide verifiable metrics, allow you to flex your recruiting effort up and down at will, and reduce overall cost.
We manage the entire process including:
RPO
  • Identifying the position’s roles, responsibilities, requirements, and reporting
  • Finding and interviewing candidates
  • Recommending and reviewing selected final candidates
  • Finalizing the hiring process (paperwork, compliance issues, etc.)

On-site Recruiters

We can place a full or part-time dedicated recruiter at your location to help facilitate a rapid increase in staff in a short amount of time. This is a very cost-effective solution for a large number of hires and we can get you started very quickly.

Interim Executives

RecruitingWe can help you find highly qualified executives to fill a role while you are searching for full-time personnel, to help manage a period of transition, crisis or change within an organization, or to simply lead a function that does not require a full-time hire. Our interim executives have significant experience in many roles including: CFO, CTO, VP Engineering, and VP Human Resources.

FreeWe don’t charge you more, we just give you more. As part of every engagement we offer a free consultation to discuss a particular role or group of roles being hired within your company. This leverages our decades of functional and executive experience and provides you and your hiring managers with a valuable sounding board and partner in the front-end of the search. We answer such questions as: What position/skills should I hire? How would a new hire fit the current and future structure? What is the right organizational structure for a department or division? How much should I pay them in cash, bonus/commission and equity? Etc.

We also provide free interview training and strategy sessions for the interview team with every position opened.
