John Kogan – Principal

John has raised over $100M in equity capital and debt. He has played central roles in numerous buy and sell-side transactions for both public and private companies. He has also led both public and private companies to successful audit outcomes with big 4 and regional accounting firms. John has run not only Accounting, Finance and Treasury, but also corporate and IP legal, HR and recruiting, IT, facilities and administration during his CFO tenures. As COO at two companies John also ran Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service operations. John’s experience is domestic and international, public and private, and crosses hardware, software, service and process industries. John has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College.

Greg Stout – Principal
